Items are shipped with Australia Post both for both domestic and international orders, unless by prior arrangement. All items are tracked and insurance is available for an extra cost, please contact us before you order if you need insurance.
Items are generally sent Wednesday - Friday. Contact us if you have a deadline to meet so we can make arrangements.
We can ship using TNT Express (for domestic) or Fedex (for international) if you prefer. Please get in touch before you order to obtain a quote.
Customs fees may be applicable in your country. Please check with your local customs authority if unsure. Customs fees are not something we can control or help you avoid; please do not ask us to declare a lower value on your parcel for this purpose.
We will take care in packing your item. If, however, it reaches you damaged, please contact us to discuss. We do not automatically take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit and we suggest you request additional insurance if concerned. If we can help make it right, we will.
